We believe in "Privacy-by-Design." Artisco is built to function with minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identifiers like your name or phone number to use the core features of the application.

2. Image Processing and Visual Recognition

For image-based features, we use specialized processors:

AI Age/Baby Prediction & Enhancement: These features utilize Baidu AI Cloud to generate high-fidelity AI results. Only the specific image you select is transmitted securely.

AI Visual Recognition: To identify objects in real-time, this feature uses Baidu AI Cloud (Baidu Smart Cloud). Only the relevant visual data for identification is processed.

Data Handling: In both cases, images are used solely for real-time processing and are not stored permanently by Artisco or our partners.

3. Smart AI Chat

Our chat feature is powered by the DeepSeek API. Only the text prompts you voluntarily enter are sent to DeepSeek to generate responses. We do not use your conversations for model training or marketing.

Data Use: We confirm that your private conversations are not used by us or our third-party partners to train underlying AI models or for marketing purposes.

4. Visual Recognition and Real-Time Processing

The AI Visual Recognition feature uses your device’s camera to identify objects. This visual data is processed in real-time. Artisco does not record, upload, or store video or photo metadata from this feature unless you explicitly choose to save a result to your device.

5. Device Permissions and User Control

To provide our services, we request access to:

Camera: For real-time AI recognition and capturing photos.

Photo Library: To select existing images for enhancement.

Device Metadata: Basic technical info (OS version, device model) for app stability.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time via your iOS System Settings.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Artisco partners with industry-leading service providers, including DeepSeek and Baidu Ai Cloud, to deliver advanced AI functionalities. We confirm that these partners are contractually obligated to provide data protection standards equivalent to those outlined in this policy.

7. Explicit User Consent

By using the AI-powered features in Artisco, you will be prompted for explicit consent before any data is transmitted to our third-party AI partners. We ensure you are informed of the data sharing process at the point of interaction, allowing you to maintain full control over your information.

8. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA/Global)

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access, limit, or delete your processed data. Since we do not use persistent accounts or link data to your identity, most data is cleared automatically by clearing the app cache or deleting the application.
